At our student ministry, we believe in helping you become the best version of YOU—strong in your faith, confident in your purpose, and active in your community and relationships. As Galatians 5:1 says, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Every Wednesday night at 6:00 pm, we come together to grow in that freedom—no pressure, just real talk, real life, and real growth. You’re never too young to make an impact. Your voice, your ideas, and your faith all matter deeply. As 1 Timothy 4:12 reminds us, “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” We’re here to help you lead by example—in how you speak, how you love, and how you live.

My wife, Shea, and I were married in 2017 and are the proud parents of four energetic boys. Life in our home is anything but dull, and we consider it a tremendous blessing to raise children who love the Lord. In 2018, Shea and I surrendered our lives to Christ at Greater Life. Since then, we’ve experienced firsthand how faithful God is when we pursue His will. I was called to preach in 2019, surrendered to that call in 2020, and went on to graduate from Carolina Bible College in 2024. Together, Shea and I began serving in the youth ministry at Greater Life in the summer of 2021. We recognize the weight of the responsibility, but we also see it as a great privilege. We genuinely love every teenager who walks through these doors and count it an honor to share God’s Word with them and pour His love into their lives. We are excited and expectant for what God will continue to do through us and in the lives of the next generation here at Greater Life.
Teaching God's Word
Our Sunday School class for students meets each Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, offering a strong foundation in God’s Word through age-appropriate teaching and discussion. We aim to help young people grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and build lasting friendships rooted in Christ. As Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Join us as we dive into Scripture and learn how to live for Christ every day.

Worshipping God
Following Sunday School, students are invited to attend the 11:00 AM church service with their families and peers. Our worship services are centered on the preaching of God’s Word, Christ-honoring music, and a time of prayer and reflection. It’s an opportunity for students to experience the presence of God and grow spiritually within the church family. As Psalm 100:2 says, “Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.”

Strengthening Foundations
On Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM, we gather for our Student Bible Study—a midweek boost of truth, encouragement, and fellowship. This is a more relaxed setting where students can engage in deeper Bible study, ask questions, and apply God’s Word to their daily lives. Hebrews 4:12 reminds us, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword…” Come grow with us as we open God’s Word together each week.
