Senior Pastor

Dr. Tim Blue was raised at Independent Bible Baptist Church, Now Greater Life Baptist Church, under his uncle, Pastor Dr. Jason Coley. (Founder of I.B.B.C) Early in Pastor Blue’s teens he began to rebel against God, Family and the Church. On October 1, 1995 at the age of 21, after years of a life involving drugs and alcohol, Pastor Blue accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. On July 6th, 1997, God called Blue to

preach the Gospel. He began preaching and working with the youth of IBBC.In 1999 God put Pastor Blue on the road with his family in Evangelism with the Highways & Hedges Tent ministry, traveling around America holding tent revivals, help establish churches and preaching in juvenile detention Ministries. In 2007 Pastor Blue came off the evangelistic circuit and become Assistant to Dr. Jason Coley. On January 20th, 2013, after the going home of Dr. Coley, Pastor Blue was unanimously voted as Pastor of Greater Life Baptist Church. Pastor Blue and his wife Laura, of 26 years, four children, Tyler, Caleb, Taylor and Cambri Grace call GLBC home.

Associate Pastor

I've traveled all over in my youth, putting up the tent and helping my dad who was an evangelist. Growing up as a preacher's son my thoughts were always, “I'm a good kid, I've never committed any terrible sins and I was spiritually okay. In 2003, as a six year old boy, God showed me that it didn't matter who my parents were or how many times I went to church. I'm glad to say that I was saved July 19, 2003. We continued to travel

and put up the tent, and in 2006 God called me to preach. Wondering how a 9 year old could preach or how anybody would listen, God said, “Trust Me” and that 's what I've been doing since.In 2011, God began to deal with me about taking the tent ministry and becoming a full time evangelist. Wondering how in the world I would be able to do that, again God said, “Trust me.” I surrendered to the call, and now believe with all my heart, the Highways and Hedges Tent Ministry is exactly where God wants me. In April of 2016 I proposed to my girlfriend Mykaela and were wed June 24th 2017. December of 2016, GLB offered me Associate Pastor until God allowed us on the road full time. I'm thankful for what God is doing in our life, I'm privileged to serve Him. All for His Glory!

I've been married to Brian for 26 years and together we have 4 children: Mykaela, Mykenzie, Nathan, and Morgan. God called our family to Greater Life many years ago, and as a family, we jumped in and began serving Him. I was saved as an 11-year-old girl during Vacation Bible School. Coming from an un-churched home, God gave me a burden for children and youth. My desire is to see

children saved at a young age and serve the Lord with their whole heart. I worked/volunteered in children’s ministry for many years in various ways before assuming my current position at Greater Life. I consider it a privilege to serve the Lord at Greater Life as Children’s Administrator. There is nothing better than knowing you are exactly where God wants you. We have an amazing volunteer team, and together, we are committed to sharing the love of Jesus with our community.1 John 4:4 – “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
