Our pastor
Dr. Tim Blue
Pastor Blue was raised at Independent Bible Baptist Church, now Greater Life Baptist Church, under the ministry of his uncle and church founder, Dr. Jason Coley.
After years of rebellion involving drugs and alcohol, he accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior on October 1, 1995. God called him to preach on July 6, 1997. He later served in evangelism through Highways & Hedges Tent Ministry, then as assistant pastor.
On January 20, 2013, Pastor Blue was unanimously called as pastor of Greater Life. He and his wife, Laura, have served together in ministry for decades.

The Bible is our sole authority for faith and practice. Greater Life accepts and uses the King James Version and holds to historic Baptist doctrine centered on the person and finished work of Jesus Christ.
